Loading crane tubes can be divided into upper loading crane tubes and lower loading crane tubes. Previously, upper loading crane tubes were commonly used, and it was not very convenient for people to operate while standing on the platform. Now the lower loading crane tube has solved this problem, which is not only safe and fast, but also convenient to use. The underwater loading of the loading crane tube refers to the installation of the vertical tube (insertion tube) at a height of no more than 200mm from the bottom of the tank truck, which can reduce material splashing, volatilization, and static electricity generation.
The upper and lower loading crane pipes are mainly determined by the different insertion methods of pipelines and the direction of pump operation, regardless of the position and thickness of the pipelines.
Only by determining some basic knowledge of the loading crane tube can we avoid problems when using and selecting it. Sometimes, it is not possible to mix up and down problems, so we need to pay more attention.
